Step 1

Open Microsoft Outlook If Outlook asks you to make it your default mail client, choose Yes.

Step 2

In Outlook, choose the Tools menu and then choose E-Mail Accounts...

 Step 3

Choose the Add a new e-mail account under the E-mail Title... Click NEXT…

Step 4

Choose the POP3 Server type... Click NEXT…

Step 5

In the following window fill in the blanks as follows :

• Your Name enter the name you want people to see when they recive an email from you.

• Email address type down your full email address (i.e. ahmed@rdood.com)

• Incoming mail server (POP3) type : pop.rdood.com

• Outgoing mail server (SMTP) type : smtp.rdood.com

• User Name type down your full email address (i.e. ahmed@rdood.com)

• Password is for your current password. Remember password should be checked by default. If not, choose Remember password. Secure Password Authentication should be un-checked by default. If not, un-check Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).

Step 6

Click on More Settings…

In the General tab and under mail account replace pop.rdood.com with RDooD Mail

Step 7

Choose the Outgoing Server tab and click on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

Leave the Use same settings as my incoming mail server checked.

Step 8 (Optional)

If you would like to leave a copy of the messages you download on the server for retrieval from other location do the following :

Choose the Advanced and click on Leave a copy of messages on the server.

(Remember that if not retrieved from another location or deleted then your mailbox will not be empted and could fill up quickly.)

 Step 9

 ... Click OK

... Click NEXT

... Click Finish

Check Your Email

Click on the Send/Recv button.

Your new email messages are downloaded to your Inbox.
